The website was created for the sale to private consumers of flue gas products, fire extinguisher boxes, and meter covers, in compliance with Italian regulations regarding distance selling.

The sale is governed by these General Terms and Conditions as well as the terms and conditions detailed in the sections of this website entitled, respectively, Online Ordering, Deliveries, and Absolute Confidentiality, which must be considered an integral and substantial part of the sales contract. Therefore, before placing an order, the Customer is invited to carefully read the above-mentioned terms and conditions and the information contained therein, and to print them or save them on another accessible, durable medium.

Any changes or new terms and conditions of sale will be promptly notified to the Customer, will be effective upon publication on the website, and will apply only to sales concluded after publication.

The Customer's placing an order constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms and conditions of sale.

Contract Conclusion

The order sent by the Customer to PUGLIELLI SRL online must be completed in its entirety and must contain the necessary information to identify the Customer and the products ordered, as well as the delivery address. Failure to do so will result in the order being invalid. PUGLIELLI SRL will send the Customer an order confirmation email containing a link to the applicable terms and conditions of sale.

Product Characteristics and Availability

In certain circumstances, PUGLIELLI SRL may not be able to ensure the availability of all products offered and cannot therefore be held liable for the temporary unavailability of one or more products. Subject to the provisions set forth below (Right of Withdrawal), the Customer's submission of an order constitutes acceptance of a partial delivery, limited to the products available within the scope of those ordered, and a waiver of any claims for compensation and/or damages. PUGLIELLI SRL also undertakes, in accordance with the law, to promptly inform the Customer of any unavailability of the ordered product. In the case of purchase orders for products with variable weights (products weighed and wrapped by PUGLIELLI SRL following a specific Customer order), there may be a discrepancy between the quantity ordered and the quantity actually delivered, resulting in a difference in weight and price. The actual weight is determined when the product is prepared and may vary up to 10% from the size indicated in the order. In this latter case, the Customer will be required to pay the price corresponding to the quantity of product actually delivered, without prejudice to the fact that the charge to the Customer can never exceed the amount indicated at the time of the order.

Guarantees and Liabilities

PUGLIELLI SRL, subject to availability as set forth above, guarantees that the products delivered will be identical to those indicated and described on the website. PUGLIELLI SRL guarantees compliance with all regulations regarding product storage until delivery to the location indicated in the order. The manufacturer is responsible for all products sold. For packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on the website are provided to the customer to facilitate product identification; the photos may not accurately reflect the appearance of the delivered product.

The guarantee does not provide any type of reimbursement for labor and consumables.

Disputes and Applicable Law

Civil disputes concerning the application, execution, and interpretation of the distance selling contract are subject to Italian jurisdiction, and the court of the customer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, will have jurisdiction. Contracts stipulated remotely with PUGLIELLI SRL are governed by Italian law and, for anything not expressly provided for, the relevant legal provisions apply.
