Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment and are shipped via GLS with tracking and drop-off without a signature. If you prefer delivery with a signature, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs within Italy start from a minimum of €6.10 and include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight (or volume) of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are adequately sized, and your items are well protected.

The customer can request a return within 14 days of purchase.
